We have been hard at work finishing our forthcoming record PHOENIX, a cinematic-rock odyssey that represents our journey as a band over the last twelve months. Like it or not, when you release an album in today's music market, it's “here today/gone tomorrow” because the attention landscape is so crowded with options that it's nigh impossible to break thru the noise like it was back in the pre-digital era. So, we are doing things a little differently.
Today, we are releasing the first four cuts off the record (plus our classics “The Pressure” and “Good Love Down”), as “Seraphina”, a 6-song EP prelude to the larger album to give you a bit of a taste as to what we've been cooking up. Most of you Assassins have heard at least five of these songs well before now, but the newest single “The Wonders of Your World” makes its debut on this EP. We are damned proud of this first little bit of music from PHOENIX and we hope you all love it as much as we did creating for you.
